Community Service Program: As a condition of community supervision, Judges often order Community Service Restitution (CSR) hours to probated defendants. These probationers then work at pre-approved local non-profit agencies to "give back" to the community where they reside and/or committed their offense. Local agencies benefit greatly from the hours performed by probationers and our communities have benefited. Many projects in our communities have been the result of CSR work. This District has conducted the CSR Program as a formal initiative each consecutive year since Fiscal Year 1990. The Program is managed by three CSR Coordinators. If you are a nonprofit and/or governmental agency and are interested in becoming a CSR site, please submit an application in the County you are located to the CSR Coordinator listed in the application. The CSR Coordinator will contact you if approved by the Courts. The applications for each county can be downloaded below. |
