Comal County Court Ordered Payments

 

 

COMAL COUNTY COURT ORDERED PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Payments must be submitted to probation and the Court SEPARATELY.  Do not mail both payments to one address.

 

Comal Probation Payment Instructions:

 

Payments are due on the 10th day of each month.  Follow your payment plan.  Probation

payments shall be made with a money order, cashier’s check, or credit card only—no cash is accepted.   All payments must include a case/cause number and identifying information such as name, date of birth, or ssn #.  If you mail your payment and desire a receipt, you must send a self addressed, stamped, envelope with your payment.

COMAL PROBATION CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: 

 

*If you are on probation or under supervision for any Theft or Fraud offense or if you have a

special condition prohibiting the use of a credit card, you may not use this on-line payment option. 

 

You will be charged a convenience fee to your credit card for using this option

An administrative fee of $2.00 is charged for each transaction. You may pay via credit card  on-line.  Websites are listed below and there is a 2% processing fee for credit card payments. Include your case/cause number and identifying information on your payments to receive proper credit.
